The objectives of SCOBBV shall be to provide opportunities for senior citizens in the community to achieve their individual goals, meet their personal and social needs, and to provide a pleasant environment for relaxation and pleasure; to provide an opportunity for senior citizens to utilize their vast potential of talent, energy, and wisdom; to provide the medium through which members can develop needed community programs and activities as well as a place for organization meetings; to give members an opportunity to meet each other; to provide a continuous means of progress in the future as the organization grows and advances into new ideas and planning.
