| Comment: | I didn't find this website very informative. I'm 73 years of age and I'm looking for a fitness class. This page mentions that there is a fitness program, but there is no information about type, day/time, cost, frequency...frankly nothing but the fact that it says "fitness activities." Can you provide that information? |
