Antelope Valley Senior Center

This is the best senior center ever. The food is so good and payment is optional but highly welcomed and used to benefit the program if we can pay. My husband is terminally ill and the later stages of dementia. The first few years were rough and they helped me become stronger than I thought I was but do know that I have physical limits. They help us so much and make us feel human instead of subhuman.
