Comment: I have been here with my wife taking care of her for 6 years .and two owners "due to med-cal withholding payment for extreme statutory violations for 2013 and 2012 , look it up . 5 administrators " they dont last long so there is no continuity most of the time their not their long enough so its constant turmoil. its been a under staffing nightmare i had to threaten them with a call to the A G of california just to make them answer there phones at night, i was getting answering machines on active nursing stations . no one picks up the phone because everyone is passing meds and they say they cant talk to you.........under staffing. the newest owner came in all guns ablaze about 4 years and made all these wonderful changes , then proceeded to walk them back after the state stopped looking.......if you have any change orders they may get on top it in a couple weeks .there great on lip service and missing on follow up.i have to constantly call them ...... no continuity. alot of turnover with professional staff , but the Cna/ Rna staff is very good due to them being there the longest . they have in the resent 6 mo,s began a student program for profit they teach them on your dime like they have the time.... in the past 6 mo.s my wifes teeth began to fall out because of there no show do nothing dentist . who supposedly were fired due to incompetence and thats the owners doing, he hired them. cheapest he could find , now ive been waiting for three months for him to hire a new crew just for a second opinion. her teeth were perfect when she got there. and after 10 + years on a hemorhagic stroke with half of her right hemisphere missing due to a stroke she is in afib constantly and fragile and cannot be moved, no stress or shell die , so when she got a new room mate about a month ago who wont stop talking 5 on a 10 scale for dementia we asked due to undo mental distress to move the room mate . never been a problem before and he wont make the change after his social services had a meeting on the previous day and agreed it was a problem and would take care of it . so now i have to tell the truth about this place which will effect there bottom line " which will effect there hiring causing even more under staffing. im trapped i cant move her.......so now the county and the state and the santa ana police are going to get involved . FOOTNOTE...........i my self have been in this industry since 1973 first a tray boy all the way to being a director of facilities and know this job like the back of my hand , its by far the worst place ive been in in 45 years....thats why she was there , because the county was watching this place and they couldnt fool around , but thats not the case anymore . short term rooms are new with the best staff , long term rooms have not been remodeled since the 80, s, wifi is almost non existant due to overuse of bandwidth and they have not done anything about it in 4 years. all of the tv channels are bad except 2 and 4 . so if your a techy this is not your place its like 10 years behind.....with no reception . this is the last thing i wanted to do and i apologize to the staff in advance if their offended because there only doing what there told to due its not their fault ................. its funny they told me they coudnt move the roommate due to no beds open , then said because my wife complained they would have to move her............to what bed? the truth will set you free............ god bless you all / god bless america MR.
