Please allow me to introduce myself and our agency in the event you may need a resource for referrals …regarding in-home care. My name is William Isaac Anyane, and I am the Client coordinator for Plenusrex Royal Home Care Services. Enclosed is information about the in-home-based services we provide. We are a non- medical agency registered with the Department of consumer Protection, Bonded, and Insured. We provide the following levels Services.  Companion and Homemaker This level is intended for those who require minimal assistance with activities of daily living such as: • Meal Preparation • Light Housekeeping • Grocery shopping • Laundry • Medication Reminders  Personal Care Attendant This level provides all the listed above including additional assistance as follows: • Bathing • Toilet & Dressing • Assist with Ambulation, use of walkers, wheelchairs, and Hoyer lifts. • Escorting to appointment/ social activities  24 Hour live-in services- Rate  This service is offered to clients that require around the clock non-medical care assistant in their home. The professional caregiver lives with you or your family member to provide services as well monitor for safety. All our employees are actual employees of the agency and are insured and bonded through the agency and covered under our workers’ compensation and liability insurance.  Our employees undergo a national criminal and motor vehicle background check.  Our employees undergo a background check with the Sex Offender Registry.  We check six employment references: three employment, three professional/personal.  All employees receive safety training on OSHA blood borne pathogen standards.  We employee Certified Nursing Assistants and Home Health Aides.  We employ a client care coordinator, who will make regular visits with our clients to ensure that all is well with the client and caregiver.
