Heighten Senior Services, LLC is an independent consumer directed services company (CDS) contracted with the Department of Health and Senior Services and Medicaid. We recognize the burden of time and finances that can be placed on a family when trying to provide the necessary living accommodations for elderly and/or disabled loved ones. Our goal and ambition is to bring adequate and professional home care to seniors and disabled individuals in their own homes. Our mission at Heighten Senior Services, LLC is to partner with our clients and their families in providing an environment where we improve the quality of life for those we serve through treatment of the whole person – mind, body and spirit, because every blueprint for health is unique
