Comment: Run far away from this business. While the actual caregivers contracted by this agency are lovely, the owner Randy is completely incompetent at his job. My elderly father had a pre-planned surgery in March and we hired Randy to manage 24 hour nursing care during his recovery. Despite his assurances, Randy was not able to follow through and my father was left unassisted at times. When my family voiced our concerns about my father's care, Randy withdrew ALL of his staff with one hour's notice to us, leaving us scrambling to find another agency to care for my father in the midst of a crisis. Randy is a liar who will say anything to avoid any responsibility for his actions or lack there of. I would not trust Randy to schedule care for my houseplants much less a loved one in need!
