About 1St Choice Home Care Services

Good afternoon, I would like to take a moment and introduce 1st Choice Home Care Services, Inc. We are a licensed home care service agency that has been operational since 2009, providing multiple services 24/7 to people in need. Our staff is dedicated to service Medicaid eligible clients, as well as delivering home care to ineligible clients on a private pay basis. We are helping our community by offering a variety of services that are in high demand. We work with all ages: children, young adults, and geriatric populations. Besides regular home care services, we offer OPWDD, NHTD and TBI waiver programs. Our intake team and service coordinators are fully involved in every step of the process: consultations, medical assessment, selection of care, doctors, therapists, medical supply, community-based referrals, family support, education, and much more. We hope to establish a collaborative network, to enhance the quality of care and support services provided to individuals with developmental disabilities.
