Our 13,200 square feet one story building is a fully gated community located in the quiet countryside of Hollister, CA. We are 45 minutes South of San Jose, CA and an hour drive from Monterey or Carmel, CA. We are surrounded with (5) acres orchards of apricots & walnuts and beautiful mountains sceneries. We accept elderly clients aged 60 years and above, needing assistance in ADLs ( Activities of Daily Living), diagnosed with Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s disease & other related health conditions. We also provide short-term/respite care and end stage of life or Hospice Care. We have State Certified and dedicated health care staffs and provide home health and nursing care services with contracted home health agencies.

Assistance with daily grooming, dressing, and bathing; Activity programs to enhance the physical, emotional, and intellectual need of the residents; Daily morning exercises, bingo, birthday celebrations, holiday parties, and other events; Assistance with ordering, picking-up, and dispensing prescription, and over-the-counter medications; Ordering protective undergarments, arrange oxygen/nebulizer set-up, physician-ordered half-bed rails, etc.; Scheduling doctor, dentist, optometrist, therapist, and other medical appointments; Transport van with a wheelchair lift; Personal escort to medical appointments within the Hollister area; Personal escort/assistance to/from the dining room or restrooms and stroll through the park; Weekly manicure and beauty salon services by a professional beautician, etc.
