About Valley Assisted Living

Living in the Wet Mountain Valley of South Central Colorado, with views of the beautiful Sangre de Cristo mountains, is a wonderful choice for many of us. Valley Assisted Living gives our aging parents and loved ones this same opportunity while staying near friends and family. Valley Assisted Living is a nonprofit 501(c)3 corporation with a mission to provide a warm, homelike, assisted living facility and in-home care for older adults that will enhance their quality of life. The staff and volunteers at VALI are neighbors, friends, local businesses, and family members working together to provide safe and affordable residential facility options for older adults who need a little more support to remain independent and active in the community. We also provide in-home assistance for those who want to age in place in their own, comfortable living spaces with services customized to meet their needs. Adler House is our residential facility, a two-story brick-faced building served by an elevator for handicap access. Homecooked meals are served every day by our talented kitchen staff. An activities director provides multiple experiences every week for residents to be active mentally, physically, and socially. Adler House is located near a medical facility, banks, post office, school, and fitness center equipped with exercise room and indoor pool. Our facility is licensed for up to 16 residents and accepts both Medicaid and private pay clients.
