About The Oasis At Fellowship Square Phoenix

At The Oasis, we provide three levels of assisted living services: Supervisory, Personal, and Directed Care. Our programs include three meals daily in a full-service dining room, planned social activities, and certified caregivers on staff 24 hours a day. Each resident wears an emergency call button that, when activated, alerts the caregivers that the resident needs help. We also offer Memory care, which we provide in our Reflections neighborhood, a secure unit on the third floor of The Oasis building.
