Assisted Living is appropriate for individuals 62+ or disabled who, in addition to needing transportation, housekeeping, meals and activities, also require regular/ongoing assistance with activities of daily living (personal care, medication management). They may no longer feel safe at home alone overnight. They need access to caregiver assistance 24/7. Our Oasis community has 32 private studio apartments with a kitchenette, a large accessible bathroom with a walk or roll-in shower and a large fold-down bench. The apartment has a vaulted ceiling and wood flooring which adds to it's spacious look. The floorplan is called the Birch and it has 407 square feet. We also have 6 one bedroom units available which is perfect for a couple or for someone who just prefers more space. The unit is called the Palm and it has 562 square feet. The community also features a private, grassy outdoor courtyard, a full service dining room, an activities room, a library/community room, an exercise room, a movie room and even a beauty shop. We are proud to be contracted with Medicaid/ALTCS, administrators including Banner, Mercy Care and United Healthcare.
