The team of certified caregivers, medical and nursing professionals, dietary and social coordinators work with residents and family members in designing an individualized and holistic wellness plan for seniors requiring minimal to hands on care. Three different levels of care are available to our residents and the service plan is customized to meet their needs in the privacy of their studio or one bedroom apartment. Our nursing team manages and monitors chronic health conditions, such as diabetes, Parkinson’s, stroke, and communicate with your healthcare providers and family. As needed, we coordinate medical appointments and provide transportation.
