The mission of Solheim Senior Community is simple: To provide abundant living for older adults in a caring faith-based community filled with love, peace, dignity, and security. Solheim’s Assisted Living Los Angeles program offers additional assistance - including medication management, help with bathing and dressing, reminders, and health monitoring.

Dressing, grooming, and bathing; Self-administration of medication; Daily room tidying, bed-making, and trash removal; Walking to and from meals and activities; Incontinence care (supplies additional); Diabetic care (supplies additional); Daily meals and snacks; Housekeeping and laundry (including personal laundry); Cable TV; Common areas for all to enjoy; Space to reserve for private parties; Garden and building maintenance; Three healthy daily meals, plus snacks; Choice of entrees at breakfast, lunch, and dinner; Special diets accommodated as needed; Diverse daily activity programs; Chaplain (worship services typically offered Tuesdays, Thursdays, Sundays, and holidays); Transportation to scheduled outings; A Senior-focused “Wellness Center” with a full-time coordinator on staff; Assistance and consultation regarding physician appointments; An emergency call system installed in every room; Licensed nurses on campus around the clock; Weekly clinics (offering blood pressure, vital signs measurements, and weight checks); Transportation to medical appointments; Collaboration on health changes and additional care needs; Ease of access to memory care and skilled nursing facilities all conveniently located right here on our beautiful campus
