About Open Arms Assisted Living

Open Arms Assisted Living is a groundbreaking project serving the faith-based and senior living communities. Synergy-re, LLC spearheaded the development and re-purposing of the former St. Andrew Lutheran Elementary School into 30 beds of affordable assisted living. Urbitecture is the Architect and JL Melton Construction is the General Contractor. Open Arms is a 501c3 non-profit organization created to provide assisted living and respite care to Montbello and the broader Denver community. We are proud to house our Veterans, Retired Teachers, Public Employees, and Pensioners.
