We are located in the East Bay region just 25 miles south of San Francisco with spectacular views of the Bay, the San Francisco skyline, and Hayward Hills. Conveniently located in the heart of Hayward and bordering the beautiful Hayward Japanese Gardens, our community offers scenic views in every direction. All suites have been remodeled with fresh paint, low pile carpet, and new air conditioning. The kitchenettes have stone countertops, new cabinets, plumbing fixtures, and stainless-steel appliances. The bathrooms received new vanities with mirror and lighting, and new luxury vinyl tile flooring. Common areas on the first and second floors were renovated as well and include: Theater, Dining Rooms, Concierge/Reception, Game Lounge with billiards, enlarged Salon, Life Enrichment, Spa Bath, Fitness Center, and a Bistro/Bar with access to the courtyard. The exterior has been repainted, landscaping refreshed, and new furnishings for our back patio.
