Coyote Creek Assisted Living and Memory Care is dedicated to helping people in the Ft. Lupton area with their daily living and memory care needs. Up to 15 residents can stay at a time, each in a private or semi-private room with an adjacent bathroom. Our staff is specially trained to help seniors with memory disorders, such as Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia. They focus on early intervention and creating daily routines, which keep seniors grounded and make it easier to manage memory issues. We pride ourselves on helping seniors stay independent longer.
