At Garden Terrace, we operate on the licensing guidelines of a 49 bed facility but offer the personal care that can only be found in a 6 bed home. We pride ourselves in caring for all the aspects of our residents lives. We want our families to be as involved with their loves ones as they wish or as their time allows. Daily assisted care is provided by attendants who are trained in first aid and resident care; Lodging in private and semiprivate rooms; Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care; Hospice care; Planning and arranging transportation to and from medical and dental appointments or other outside activities with a personal attendant; All furniture is provided but residents are welcome to bring anything that makes them feel more at home; All meals are home cooked and special dietary needs are provided (example: diabetic, low sodium, heart healthy, puree etc.); Daily laundry service; Daily house keeping service; Phones can be installed in all rooms upon request; Basic cable is provided in each room; Assistance with bathing and all personal needs; Personal hygiene program and supplies (example: shampoo, body wash, toothpaste, etc.); Weekly manicure and beauty salon services; Weekly massage therapy; Activities structured individually for each resident; All medication is centrally stored, and dispensed by trained staff in strict accordance with each physician order.
