First Choice is conveniently located in a family friendly neighborhood in the heart of Central Phoenix. First Choice Assisted Living is a Premier Residential Home, “Not a facility.” We are licensed by the Arizona Department of Health Services, designed to deliver focused and Individualized care for each of our residents to health, wellness, and happiness. For seniors who require assistance and around the clock care we have our own “In-House,” Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) who collaborates with a team of licensed caregivers to ensure the very best level of care. Our environment is bright and colorful to stimulate joy, and we encourage creativity by using arts and crafts along with other hands-on projects that enhance faculties. We build a sense of community with daily planned activities, game nights, exercise and make sure to celebrate holidays and birthdays.
