With Del Monte’s continuum of care, your loved one can call our community home for the rest of their years. We offer Assisted Living, Memory Care, Respite, and Hospice. Additionally, unique to Del Monte, we have created a transitional memory care program for residents who aren’t fully ready to make the transition to memory care. Each program is individualized to each resident’s care needs and social needs, ensuring they can live a high quality and engaging life with safety, comfort, and the appropriate level of supervision and care. Our assisted living program is designed to give our residents 24-hour care when they need it. Our staff is here to support our residents with their daily needs like housekeeping, meal prep, and medication management so they can be free to live life to its fullest and enjoy all the amenities we have to offer!
