About Covenant Place
Our philosophy is to ensure a safe, secure, and caring environment where our residents can continue to grow socially, emotionally, and spiritually. Each resident has a customized "Plan of Care" that identifies their personal needs and documents changes in patterns or behaviors. Our staff manages all medications to ensure that residents receive their medications in a timely manner. They are also available to ensure that physical needs are promptly met. Meals and snacks are tasty, nutritious, and well-balanced. Planned activities are fun, structured, and encourage social interactions that focus on abilities.
