Seated next door to Memmen Ridge, a beautiful open space area, Valley House can be called home by 23 seniors. Located in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for those who love tranquility, the house is just a few miles from downtown Castle Rock. Here, our residents enjoy daily activities and events, including concerts, theatrical shows, and planned art projects. The community also provides the social offerings only a unique and special home-like Valley House can, including game nights and regular club meetings. Valley House also boasts a beautiful garden area, complete with a playground for grandchildren to enjoy, a putting green, a central gazebo, and sitting areas throughout the gardens. Green-thumb residents can also tend to their own patch of land in our raised gardens. The space provides the perfect setting for catching up with family and meeting new friends.
