About Arizuma Horizons Assisted Living Home

Our loved ones need to feel a sense of community, knowing that they are safe and among friends. We offer this care in a smaller home setting, with no more than 10 residents. Our residents never get lost in the shuffle of a large institutional building. Our close-knit home makes it easier for our trained caregivers to observe every nuance of our resident’s personality, as well as their physical, emotional, social and medical needs so that they can be responsive and our residents get the attention they need when they need it.
