About Applewood Our House Assisted Living Memory Care Homes - South Lakewood

Applewood Our House South Lakewood is the one of the newest additions to our memory care homes. It has 16 private rooms, a wonderful living room, and a dining space. The kitchen rests at the heart of the home and features cherry cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops, welcoming residents to feel right at home. Our secure, specialized home offers services and structures specifically designed to accommodate residents with dementia and other assisted living needs. Our staff has specialized training in caring for those with dementia and different memory care needs. We offer 24-hour care in eight-hour shifts to keep our team energized and able to best serve our residents. With secure units, dietitian-created meals, frequent activities, and care services specific to each resident, we invite you to feel at home at Applewood Our House.
