It's always very difficult to ask for help or to try something new...especially when you take a great deal of pride in your independence. At JRC we know how important that independence is. We know you want to live at home for as long as possible. We understand. We respect and advocate for your right to do just that. JRC Adult Day Center is the answer for people who seek to remain in their community as independently as possible for as long as possible. Seniors have the opportunity to engage in meaningful activities, socialize, exercise, get away on field trips and engage in useful activities. You will have a stronger sense of independence. Attending just one day a week can make a big difference in your outlook and sense of well-being.
