Families, individuals, and public and private organizations rent the center for their celebrations, meetings, and events. The Oconto Falls Area Senior Citizens & Community Center is available to rent for any occasion. Christmas parties, Graduation parties, Baby or bridal showers, Holiday get-togethers, Company/Nonprofit organization meetings. The banquet tables, and large multi-purpose room make the Oconto Falls Senior & Community Center an ideal location for hosting parties and meetings. The air conditioned building has a capacity of approximately 200 upstairs and 200 downstairs. It is centrally located in Oconto County at 512 Caldwell Avenue, Oconto Falls, at the edge of Memorial Field. Free parking is available in the large, on-site parking lot. The center serves as the meal site for the Commission on Aging, where older adults in Oconto County meet for lunch, socializing, information about services and programs, and card playing. The center also is home to The Caring Tree Adult Day Care Center, a division of Home Respite Care, which provides social interaction and activities for adults experiencing isolation, physical challenges, dementia, memory loss, or Alzheimer’s disease. The Oconto Falls Senior & Community Center opened in 1981, and over the years, the center has hosted hundreds of parties, meetings, events, and meals. The building is handicapped accessible.
