Grounded in the 23rd Psalm, this interfaith organization was founded as a means for older adults to continue to stretch their horizons, be contributing members of society, and help each other. It supplements the work of local congregations, providing opportunities for personal and spiritual growth. The members are the planners and leaders of all programs. The Shepherd’s Center is open to all persons, but focuses on those who are age 50+. It is intercultural, interfaith, and interracial. We welcome you to become a part of our schedule of activities. We provide classes on many topics, so we feel you will find something of interest to you. You may visit one time before becoming a member. Class registration cost is $35.00 per session, which allows you to take as many classes as your time will allow. You are welcome to join any class with an available chair. Feel free to change your schedule if you find a class does not suit you. Website: Membership Information: For a $35 membership for each of our three sessions, you are welcome to attend as many of the classes offered each Wednesday as you choose. If you attend one class and decide to try another in the same time block - feel free to do so! Many members choose to “sample” many classes throughout the session.
