Our senior centers provide programming focused on the eight domains of wellness that contribute to healthy aging: physical, social, spiritual, intellectual, vocational, environmental, emotional and resources. Our senior centers provide a safe place for older adults to visit during the day to engage in activities, eat a hot nutritious lunch and make new friends.
