The center welcomes anyone 50 years and older and there is no charge to become a member. St. Charles promotes positive successful aging by providing activities and services that allow for seniors to pursue an active mind, healthy body, access to current resources, updated news, a full social life, and learn new and useful skills. The center also, promotes ways for seniors to maintain a peaceful spirit, such as weekly bible study, rosary and monthly mass. Members can start the day by coming to the center for a nutritious breakfast and spend the day engaged in activities that interest you. One can discover the arts, explore volunteer opportunities, enjoy the lunchtime meal, experience an array of fitness opportunities, technology classes, games, meet new friends and connect with old friends. The center’s social service coordinator is also available to be a resource for members who may need information about benefits and entitlements, assistance arranging transportation and access to other services.
