In February 1979, the City of Dearborn Heights leased the building from District #7 to be used to enhance the lives of Senior Citizens. The Eton Center building has twelve classrooms, a multi-purpose room and a kitchen. The Center is utilized daily for meetings, classes in upholstery and quilting, special events, blood pressure readings, library services and the Wayne County nutrition program along with Meals-On-Wheels. The focus is to provide resources and services along with safe, enjoyable activities and events for the Senior Citizens of Dearborn Heights.
