Senior centers serve as a focal point for seniors to socialize with one another and meet new friends. Many of the centers offer education, health promotion, outreach services, socialization, and games. A nutritionally balanced congregate meal is provided each day the center is open. Attendees may wish to spend the whole day or just part of the day. If a senior does not drive, transportation can be provided through TACK.
