Overview

The Joslyn Center leads the way in the Coachella Valley enhancing the well-being of all adults 50+ through innovative programs and services. Our Nationally Recognized Wellness Center was first to take a holistic approach to wellness among older adults and the first to offer free bi-lingual counseling services to adults in need. We are the only center offering the UCLA Longevity Center Brain Boot Camp program and the National Council on Aging program, Aging Mastery. Our commitment to ensuring diversity, equity, and inclusion is seen throughout our programs, services and outreach to aging adults of all backgrounds and abilities. We help seniors live healthy and fulfilling lives through: Friendly social gatherings; Games with friends; Health and wellness-centered fitness programs; Interesting and educational classes; Nutritious home-delivered meals

Eligibility

50+ years

Membership and Fees

A $40 yearly membership is required at Joslyn Center to participate in most of our offerings. This fee allows you to attend any class or program that you choose. A few offerings do require an additional nominal fee ($5 for yoga, for example). Social Service and Wellness Center offerings, such as Meals on Wheels, Brain Boot Camp, and mental health counseling do not require a Joslyn Center membership, but do require advanced registration. Membership is open to anyone age 50 and better. INDIVIDUAL & FAMILY MEMBERSHIP: Annual fee: $40 per person. ANGEL MEMBERSHIP: Annual fee + Donation to equal $150 (Individual: $40 + $110 donation or Family: $60 + $90 donation). LIFETIME MEMBERSHIP: One-time fee: $500
