The mission of the East Topeka Senior Center (ETSC) is to provide direct services to senior citizens and adults with disabilities so they may achieve and maintain an optimum level of physical, nutritional, social and mental functioning. ETSC initiates and supports the development of systems that deliver a full range of services focused on helping this population maintain their dignity and independence.

- Transportation to: Medical Appointments, Grocery Shopping, and to and from the Center
- Recreation: Ceramics, Arts and Crafts, Exercise Classes, Musical entertainment, Group Activities
- Education: Informational meetings and presentations
- Health Promotion: Blood pressure and sugar checks, Medication reviews, Mental health checks.
