The Senior Citizens Association Inc. of Bluffton Ohio serves citizens 55 years of age and older living in Bluffton and the surrounding areas, providing a place for them to socialize and to continue their learning experiences, to be challenged and inspired to maintain independence and dignity as active members of the community.
