Jcc Center You Avis Neighborhood Senior Center - Senior Center in Staten Island NY

Opened in 1974. Where it all began. Our first center established, opening its doors to the Great Kills Community in 1974.

Opened in 1997. Our Tottenville NSC (1983) and Point Pleasant NSC (1983) merged together to form our Mount Loretto NSC in 1997.

Opened in 1993. Our center was unfortunately destroyed by Hurricane Sandy in 2012. ​After 7 years, they are scheduled to reopen this Winter 2019.

Opened in 1992. Operating inside of the NYCHA Todt Hill Housing Complex, serving the North Shore Community.

The programs provide nutritious meals, exercise, art and culture programs, recreational activities, and health services to Staten Islanders age 60+. Meals are healthy and made fresh. The JCC has a robust offering of Senior Services island-wide. Our two Center You Neighborhood Senior Centers are located in Stapleton on the North Shore and in Greenridge on the South Shore.

SAGE Staten Island is located inside the Pride Center of Staten Island, a ten minute walk from the Staten Island Ferry terminal. SAGE-Pride Center of Staten Island offers LGBT older adults a place to gather, socialize, learn, and connect with community members from Staten Island and across the City.
