Comment: My mother offered to volunteer at Active Generations with the bazaar. When she arrived, nobody knew how to help her and get her to the place she was needed. Pat was in a meeting so my mother waited and waited, even jumping on the treadmill for a few minutes. Pat never did show up to guide her as a volunteer. My mother was very frustrated they she wasn't able to help. Also the gal that is usually at the front desk couldn't tell my mother what the $40 membership was for per year. It's too bad that we have people wanting to volunteer only to have a bad experience with staff and other volunteers. Very disorganized
