The Senior Center is barrier-free and handicap accessible. The building has a large multipurpose room, computer room and dining area, game room, and a comfortable lounge area for socializing. Parking is easily accessible. Daily transportation is available to the Senior Center, which is open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. The Senior Center has an Executive Board, elected by members, that meets elected by Center members. Meets monthly with the Department on Aging administrators to discuss issues related to the Senior Center. In addition, Friends of the Senior Center is a volunteer group responsible for fund-raising to support its activities.
