The Center’s goal is to integrate the programs and members of the existing senior center with the new facility, expanding the number of people served - and serving - in all programs. Constructed and equipped with funds from a local bond and many generous private donations, the 3-story, 20,000-square-foot building is across the street from the Northshore Senior Center. A pedestrian bridge spans the buildings for the convenience and safety of all participants. The building is owned by Northshore Park and Recreation Service Area, a local taxing district, and Northshore Senior Center runs its programs and maintains the facility under a 20-year agreement. Operating funds are secured through grants and contracts. The H & W is open to all. Website: Membership Information: Services: Age Requirements: Operation Time:
