We also offer supportive senior services such as Meals on Wheels, Adult Day Service, Transportation and more. Residents 50+ of the City of Rochester Hills, City of Rochester and Charter Township of Oakland are automatically members of the 90,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility - just come in and register. Website: Membership Information: If you are 50+ and live in the City of Rochester, City of Rochester Hills or the Charter Township of Oakland, you qualify to be a member of OPC. There is no cost for membership, only a $6.00 charge for a membership card. If you are 50+ but do not live in the three communities listed above, you can become a member by purchasing an annual nonresident membership. The annual nonresident fee is $175.00 per person or $225.00 per married couple. A spouse of a resident member under the age of 50 can join, regardless of their age, as long as the 50+ spouse joins.
