The purpose of Mill Race Center is to develop a nationally recognized model for dynamic, comprehensive, collaborative programming for those over 50. Mill Race Center utilizes the Six Dimensions of Wellness as a framework for comprehensive holistic programming. We offer health and fitness programs, learning, travel, social groups, support services, employment and fun.
