As part of the Meridian community for more than 50 years, the members own and operate the center as a non-profit organization. As an individual non-profit organization, we have no ties with the City of Meridian, nor do they govern or dictate our activities in any way. We are governed by a Board of Directors nominated by fellow center members who strictly serve as volunteers in their positions. Our mission is dedicated to enriching the lives of all seniors by developing, providing and promoting a climate of respect, trust and support. Our organization offers education, recreation, information and assistance to seniors, and encourages volunteering and opportunities for life enhancement programs.
