At ACC Senior Services (ACC) we are redefining “active aging.” We offer programs and services that promote health, wellness, and independence for older adults and their caregivers. In 2007, ACC was designated a “Focal Point,” by the Area 4 Agency on Aging and the Sacramento County Board of Supervisors. We provide seniors with a point of contact for information and referrals as well as coordination with needed services throughout the region.
