Hi, we want to introduce our agency to you. AMOR Home Care is a home care agency located in Southeast Georgia. We provide services to seniors, acute and chronically ill patients which can help prevent rehospitalizations, postpone institutionalization, and reduce the need for urgent care. We service ten counties in Georgia. Our services are skilled and non-skilled services that include but are not limited to:
Assistance with activities of daily living (Bathing, Grooming, Dressing, Meal prep etc.)

IV Therapy

Skilled Observation & Assessment Chronic Disease Management (Diabetes, COPD, CHF, HTN)
